If I'm ever a Judge…

I'm totally going to include a flow-chart with each one of my case decisions including, why a rule is applied and to what facts the rule is being applied to. And if I'm relying on any prior cases in naming this rule, it will neatly say so, stated just after the application. I know that not one of you who took the time to read the above either a) gives a crap, or b) has a clue what I'm referencing. I'm OK with that.

impurity…

Fine…I admit it, I've listened to the new JUNE SPIRIT album twice now, and [hurts to say: on] I don't think it's all that bad actually [hurts to say: off]. I hope you're happy.

Mac's are cute and shiny…

…but on the inside they are highly troubled beings! I have used my 100+ credits of electrical engineering training to reach the conclusion that my iBook's hard drive "done fucked right up." So hence, if you would like a barely used iBook with some super exclusive DIE TRYING mp3s on the hard drive, please contact me. I'm looking for something in the neighborhood of seven to eight million, with the amount of zeroes and unit of currency being negotiable. I will also accept trades for the following:

1) A working iBook
2) A better middle name
3) An authentic Emmy award
4) A Vermont brand teddy bear playing jai alai
5) The movie Rad on DVD

My iBook (heretofore dubbed "Edith") would also appreciate any well wishes in this very trying time… though she does not wish to hear from Leon, as she is still getting over that night, and feels it would just be awkward.

Additional get well wishes go out to Nick Bailey from OVER IT, who, from what I've been told, got a "gnarly" case of the flu while on tour. Hope the flu shots don't hurt too much!

FIN FANG FOOM “With The Gift Comes The Curse”

I’m not even sure how to describe FIN FANG FOOM in any other way besides “piano driven indie-rock with an emphasis over instrumention rather than vocals.” If darkness has a pleasant side, these guys know how to capture it. However, one should not get the wrong idea – FIN FANG FOOM is no slouch when [...]

okay….that is SO no

Okay, emergency typo here. SPIN really meant to say that the Donnas were the "foolest" band in America.

Jacko found dead in London Zoo giraffe pen

Not really. I just thought that would get your attention before I told you about my very own punk rock band. Festering on a whole host of musical influences from old school hardcore, pop punk and even 50s rock 'n' roll, SNIPER WOLF have a whopping 12 DIY home recorded punk tunes for your listening displeasure at www.sniper-wolf.co.uk It's not American, it's not metalcore and we don't wear Vans, but check us out anyway and sign up for our mailing list thing for further news. Failing that, you can always check out those photos of me in a black vest. Juice.

FREYA “As The Last Light Drains”

It took me no more than about 30 seconds to start digging this disc. With a burly, chugga-chugga intro that left my stereo speakers quaking, FREYA immediately clued in to the listener that this remnant band of the legendary EARTH CRISIS had not forgotten how to play hardcore music. FREYA leave off almost exactly where [...]
