NEW FOUND GLORY “S/T”

Mark my words, you will be seeing a whole lot more of this band in the future. On the airwaves, on magazine covers, in high-schools and junior high-schools. This is boy band punk rock, and i’d be dammed to say if I haven’t fallen victim of its catchiness. Okay, i’ll be frank (no…you’re jordan), ever [...]

Queen-The Game

Some rad music unearthed today from the review bin:

1) NEXT BEST THING – Those That Time Takes (Amendment Records). Powerful hardcore in the vein of DEATH THREAT with screamier vocals.

2) REVENGE THERAPY – s/t EP (Amendment Records). Super aggressive hardcore a la KID DYNAMITE and COUNT ME OUT. Six songs, eight minutes.

3) CRISIS BUREAU – 2 song demo. Having your demo recorded by Kurt Ballou is awesome. This band really impresses with these two tracks, with a chunky, metallic hardcore sound and impressive vocals. Reminded me of old SNAPCASE in parts..

And that's because they added like 20 mp3s of new songs and re-recorded material? Wow, sounds like a good idea for a news story to me. HOPE is good.

Jordan…

this gives you even fewer excuses as to why you have not put up certain news stories about certain canadian bands that certain other people asked you to put up in light of their recent rerelease of a certain cd in a certain free media format.
