The band is also scheduled to shoot a video for the “The Sound of Names Dropping” with Jonny Rej (Further Seems Forever, Mastodon) on August 9th at the Masquerade in Atlanta. The shoot will incorporate live footage shot that night as well as band/fan interaction filmed throughout the day, so fans are encouraged to get down to the venue as early as possible to be part of the video.

Here’s a journal entry the band posted today (7/29):

All is well at team S.A.S. We are into the third day of the Pure Volume Free Fall tour with Haste the Day, Still Remains, and Kane Hodder. The shows have been great and we are in Sacto, CA tonight playing at the Underground. The trip out to Seattle, WA for the first show was a long one, but after 52 hours, one alternator, and way too much Taco Johns we rolled into Seattle only to be greeted by 5 o’clock grid lock. Sweet. We arrived at El Corazon only 30 minutes before doors and rushed to set up and get rolling. The show was awesome. There were a ton of people from Seattle as well as all over Washington state having fun and sweating it out with us. Next stop was Portland, OR. No rain and blue skies. The show was a hot one but a real blast. Solid State show was sold out and I am not sure how they squeezed everyone inside, but squeeze they did. Great show. Tonight we play Sacto, CA and get to get some rest before heading south in Cali. The tour is going great and we look forward to seeing all of you at the shows. Big ups to all the Synners and Street Teamers who have been showing up at the shows and hangin posters and post cards. It means a lot to us. Thanks and take care.
