As we just posted a very favorable review of the new ANTILLECTUAL full-length, Start From Scratch! it’s fitting that we should include a stream of the melodic punk rock release from the band’s Bandcamp page. The release has been posted as a name-your-price download (and the review was written by new Pastepunk contributor Zac Hobbs).

- I was leery when I saw a song titled “The New Jew,” but the lyrics in the song take a look at current strains of xenophobia in the Netherlands and how other minority groups have become scapegoats in a rising tide of extremist right wing populism and overreaction to terrorism fears. It’s an important reminder to me to not judge a song merely by the vagaries of its title, and I’m really glad that ANTILLECTUAL posted the lyrics to all of the songs on their Bandcamp page.
