1. I finally met staffer "Biff" a couple of days ago. You would think that the guy I grew up about three minutes from would be the one I met first, but whatever. That dude's coffee drinking skills are highly impressive.

2. OPETH – Deliverance: Perhaps the most amazing metal cd I've ever purchased. Six songs, 65 minutes long. Black metal + death metal + 70s Prog Rock.

3. EDGEWISE – Complete Discography. I used to love this band five or so years ago, but totally forgot about them until Thorp Records released this compendium. Awesome.

4. I carry a book on the <i>Federal Rules of Civil Procedure</i> in my backpack at all times. I rock.
