Louisville, KY band BRAIN BANGER, which features 2/3 of YOUNG WIDOWS and members of LORDS, BREATHER RESIST, and BLACK CROSS will release a new album soon, called Munsoned, on Hawthorne Street Records.

For those eager to hear a track, the website Gun Shy Assassin is featuring an exclusive download of one of the new songs off the EP titled “Stay Down”. The website also includes an interview with bassist Nick Thieneman about the release as well as future plans for YOUNG WIDOWS.

- Definitely a different vibe from the band’s bloodlines  - sort of a HELMET, TIME IN MALTA, DRIVE LIKE JEHU thing. Badass. As the article notes, it’s not a “new” EP per se as it was recorded several years ago and is just seeing the light now, before the release of another YOUNG WIDOWS full-length. Hot diggity!
