It’s the first of the month and that means a new song from New Jersey punk heroes THE BOUNCING SOULS! This month is the sure-to-be punk-rock-anthem of the year, “Badass!” And what’s more badass than a “Badass Contest” to go along with the new song?! Absolutely nothing. The Souls explain:

We love badass stuff, it’s a big part of what that has driven us since our first Kiss record in 3rd grade; discovering BMX, skating and surfing, Kung Fu movies, motorcycles, the Bad Brains and Cromags, punk belts and Slayer, Charles Bronson and so on. We shouted out anything and everything that came to our mind the day we wrote and recorded “Badass.” But of course, no 2-minute punk song could possibly contain all things badass, so…
