THE BANNER and MISERY SIGNALS in the news…

According to Ferret, THE BANNER will be heading to Trax East in March to record their label debut. The name of the album will be Each Breath Haunted. Jake Bannon of Converge will be doing the artwork for the record. THE BANNER previously dropped a release on Blackout Records.

Additionally, tonight (1/29) will be the premier of MISERY SIGNALS’ video for “”The Year Summer Ended In June”" on MTV2′s Headbangers Ball. You can check out slick looking video from the Ferret site right here.

SMOKE OR FIRE mp3 from the FAT camp…

Yea… I know, we’re late in posting this, but I’m too busy rocking out to this song to care. SMOKE OR FIRE are the latest signees to FAT, and were previously known as JERICHO and JERICHO RVA. Anyway, the label has posted an mp3 for “California Burning,” a tune from the band’s upcoming album, Above the City. I swear, parts of this song make it seem like FAT built this band out of the section of its roster that includes DILLINGER 4 and THE LAWRENCE ARMS. Check it out here.
