HOSTAGE CALM’s second full-length, a self-titled affair, tosses out the rule book for keeping up with a consistent sound. Far, far away from the relentless DAG NASTY/WITH HONOR vibe of their first outing Lens, the new effort has a decidedly CLASH and brit-pop slant to its light pop-punk mix.
