NPR.org is currently streaming TRUE WIDOW’s new album, As High As the Highest Heavens and From the Center to the Circumference of the Earth, in its entirety, from now until March 29 when the album sees its official release on Kemado Records.
NPR’s Lars Gotrich has this to say about True Widow:
“The self-described ‘stonegaze’ trio from Dallas is as hushed as it is ribcage-rattling. Imagine Low doing heavier, maybe even slower stoner-rock covers of their own songs, all that hurt with the volume turned way up. True Widow is a band that uses volume as an instrument — not for noise, not for metallic machismo, but a way to convey the weight of the world.”
Fans can now pre-order As High As the Highest Heavens and From the Center to the Circumference of the Earth, here.
